Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Tags: All original tags must be attached
  • Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

Email us at rajveer@aniakalaska.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Package Your Item

Carefully package your item in its original packaging. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation that came with your order.

Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return label we provide (for eligible returns) or ship the item back to the address provided in our return instructions.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

After we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Beauty and skincare products that have been opened
  • Sale or final sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue
