Silk & Stone

A conceptual collaboration between architects and textile artists, Silk & Stone challenges the permanence of architecture. Large-scale structural elements made of raw concrete are draped in weather-resistant, flowing textiles that change with the wind. The juxtaposition creates a dialogue between the hard and soft, the permanent and the ephemeral.
